Most people working with big projects can agree on one thing: Project management can be demanding! Keeping track of a lot of people with many tasks, usually spread over a larger physical area, such as a construction site or a large office space, is not always easy.

"We can solve things in 30 minutes that would have taken two weeks earlier", points out Inge Aarseth, referring to the traditional sequential work processes -where a person resolved a case before passing on to the next person.
