LLVC is a global innovator in Vacation Rentals with more than 11,000 properties under management. In coming to Dubai, LLVC partnered with the Al Habtoor Group in launching their services in the UAE. However, the process in setting up their offices and sales location was very short and they turned to IT-Serve to assist in setting up their primary Head office in Al Habtoor Business Tower and key sales offices in Hilton on Sh. Zayed Road, Al Habtoor Grand, La Mer, JBR and City Walk with the Dubai International Airport coming in 2020. We were contracted to design supply, install and integrate the entire technology scope including ICT, Audio Visual as well as access control and CCTV – in 45 days!
