OBJECTIVE

Dentsu was planning to consolidate all their offices in one central location. Their move in October 2019 required a significant technology upgrade of the building as existing building in Dubai Media City had outdated security systems and cables. We were contracted to design and build the entire technology scope including ICT, Audio Visual as well as access control and CCTV.

SOLUTION

We worked closely with the design team as well as the in-house IT experts to ensure we proposed a solution that would both be aesthetically pleasing, but equally important, fulfilling the clients requirements to operate in a modern office with a number of meeting rooms and open spaces for ad hoc meetings. A “Townhall” environment was required on the top floor to facilitate internal meetings. Meeting room management was installed allowing users to book meeting rooms throughout the building. A complete new cabling infrastructure was put in place covering both the vertical and horizontal cabling.
