OBJECTIVE
LWK + PARTNERS is a leading design architecture practice rooted in Hong Kong. They have a platform with design specialists who deliver world-class solutions to the built environment. Their 1,000+ creative minds collaborate across a network of 11 offices around the globe providing services including architecture, planning & urban design, interiors, heritage conservation, landscape, building information modelling (BIM), branding and lighting design.
IT-Serve was contracted to Set up the new office in One JLT, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai in August 2018.
SOLUTION
We worked closely with the IT team based in Hong Kong to understand the requirements of the Users and Operations to provide the apt Software and install the required Hardware. A completely new cabling infrastructure was put in place covering both the vertical and horizontal cabling. The turnkey aspect was coordinating with various Vendors and Service Providers to avoid any delay. IT-Serve took it on itself to consistently provide the Technical guidance and support to bring the work to successful completion.
As part of the delivery IT-Serve is successfully providing the Annual maintenance Support consistently and working as an extended team to LWK + PARTNERS.s
