WeWork is an American commercial real estate company that provides shared workspaces for technology startups and services for other enterprises. With over 280 locations in 32 countries worldwide, One Central DWTC was to be the first WeWork space in Dubai and the second in the UAE. In order to fulfil the expectation and reliability of their technology needs WeWork strategically looked all over the UAE until selecting IT-Serve to be their partner on this venture. Throughout the bidding stage we worked closely with their ICT department assisting not only with what the tender documents included but also provided our extensive knowledge of the UAE’s laws, policies and regulations, something at the time they knew very little about.
