OBJECTIVE
Emirates REIT required a technology partner to assist with the build of their many serviced offices throughout the Index Tower.
SOLUTION
The solution included complete infrastructure cabling, full CCTV solution and Access control. We further assisted in creating server rooms on each of the required floors as lease space for their clients. IT-Serve.com has since been involved in 5 floors and 2 retail floors for Emirates complete with fill annual maintenance cover for all the floors.
